Join the Constructing Excellence Oxford Club for an active outdoors net-walking event - where we will be fundraising for our chosen charity - Parkinsons.me.

We will proceed if it’s raining – just bring an umbrella (on the day questions call Craig Cullimore 07837 384 298).

About the charity:

Parkinsons.me is a local charity based in South Oxfordshire. They provide support to people with Parkinsons and their family members via community outreach programmes and a community garden located on the Lockinge Estate nr Wantage, Oxfordshire.

Join us for an overview of this amazing project with speakers from the Ellison Institute of Technology and Laing O'Rourke along with a fantastic Site Tour...

Designed by Fosters + Partners, and built by Laing O'Rourke, The 30,000sqm development spans two sites, Littlemore House and Littlemore Brook, connected by a 250m elevated timber walkway. The campus is being constructed using low embodied carbon materials, rotating solar shading, and ground source heat pumps.

This will be the first phase of an extended campus, which will be home to the latest evolution of autonomous laboratories, purpose-built laboratories including a plant sciences building and collaborative spaces for research and education. The new campus will eventually be a welcoming workspace for a community of up to 5,000 employees complete with leisure and catering facilities.

The Oxford Constructing Excellence Club invites you to join fellow professionals in the construction industry for a face to face networking breakfast between 8am and 9.30am. Attendance is free to members plus a guest, but places must be booked in advance.

This is a regular opportunity for members of the club to meet each other, make new contacts and find out what is happening in the construction market locally.
