The Oxford Constructing Excellence Club invites you to a limited numbers site visit of the new HB Allen Centre for Keble College.
Bidwells and BAM Construction have kindly offered their time to provide a short talk and site visit of this impressive site, located at the junction of Banbury Road, Woodstock Road and St Giles.
Derek Farrow, Partner in Project Management for the Bidwells Oxford office will kick off proceedings by giving a short 15min presentation on how the project has been put together.
Derek and Toby Johnson will then lead a site tour with BAM Construction Ltd.
The highlights of the project are:
The finished building will have 255 Student Rooms and it is the largest new build College Student accommodation by a college since the St Catherine’s College development
The site will also provide 2500 sqm of research space.
Full conference facilities and a Café and Gym for tenanted spaces.
The retention of a listed structure and integration into the new superstructures of The H B Allen Centre (as seen on the photo)
IMPORTANT: You need to bring the following PPE with you in accordance with the site rules, otherwise you will not be permitted on site.
Due to the limited spaces available on this event, initially we are only making this available to members of Constructing Excellence Oxford.
