Rachel is a solicitor and partner at Blake Morgan who specialises in construction and engineering matters, dealing with contentious, non-contentious and professional negligence issues.
Rachel will be presenting on the key changes between NEC3 and NEC4 construction contracts and exploring how to get the best out of the contract.
