Event Summary
As today’s business world changes and evolves through increased global competition, constant innovation, lightning fast communication, and continual advances in technologies, the need for authentic, effective and highly skilled resilient leaders has only intensified.
The current pandemic has only placed even greater emphasis on this need. For any organisation to become a truly empowered, productive, and innovative enterprise, it must develop skilled leaders throughout all levels of the organisation.
To this end, leadership abilities must be developed in every team member. Leadership is no longer a position or title, nor is it an event or project but rather a process that every person at every level must practice. I will be sharing 4 broad areas of leadership that should be mastered in order to become a total leader.
Speaker:
Following a successful 20-year career at senior management level Mark joined the global Leadership Management International organisation as a Regional Director in 2000. Since then he has helped hundreds of organisations of all types and sizes improve the performance of their leaders and people in order to deliver tangible business results.
Mark regularly hosts regional leadership events and seminars including the exclusive “Leadership Lunch” programme. He has spoken at many conferences nationally and across Europe and he has been an elected judge for the prestigious Institute of Sales & Marketing Management National Awards
You will be able to submit questions and the panel will select a few to answer during the session.
