The Oxford Constructing Excellence Club invites you to join fellow professionals in the construction industry for a face to face networking breakfast between 8am and 10am.  Attendance is free to members plus a guest, but places must be booked in advance.

This is a regular opportunity for members of the club to meet each other, make new contacts and find out what is happening in the construction market locally.

This is our yearly breakfast where we will be collecting for Macmillan.  You will be able to donate with cash or via a QR code.

This breakfast will include a short presentation at 9.15am from Craig Cullimore of ADP Architects, on B Corps;

Suddenly, B Corps are everywhere. When ADP first applied to become a B Corporation in early 2021, there were only 500 B Corps in the UK. At the end of last year B Lab UK – who awards B Corporation status in this country – announced that this number had doubled, and there are now more than 5000 worldwide. All this might sound rather meaningless if you’ve never heard of B Corps, but as the movement grows, so too is its influence spreading to new industries. We want to encourage others to consider this.

B Corporation status recognises “leaders in the global movement for an inclusive, equitable, and regenerative economy”. In simpler terms, certified B Corporations are companies that use business as a force for good. They typically have a strong purpose benefiting their employees, the environment, and the wider world.

If you are suffering from Covid type symptoms, we ask that you refrain from attending.
